An Escondido diesel shop built on the floor, not in a boardroom
CSC Diesel Repair got tired of fixing the same 6.0L Power Stroke failures twice — so we engineered parts that end them for good. Family-owned in Escondido, California.
Our story
From turning wrenches to engineering the fix
CSC Diesel Repair started on the shop floor. As working diesel technicians in Escondido, we spent years chasing the same 6.0L Power Stroke problems — low oil pressure, hard starts, blown head gaskets, and high-pressure oil leaks that always traced back to a failed O-ring or an under-built OEM part.
Replacing those parts with the same design that failed never sat right with us. So we engineered our own — built on years of repair experience and machined locally in Escondido, San Diego CA to tighter-than-OEM tolerances, with O-ringless, metal-to-metal sealing that eliminates the 6.0L's most common failure points instead of just delaying them.
Today we do both: we repair and bulletproof Super Dutys in our shop, and we ship the same parts we trust on our own builds to diesel owners and shops across the country.
