Ship us your old core
Pack your old oil rail and send it to our cores address below. Return shipping is on you; we recommend tracked, insured postage.
We inspect & refund
Once your rebuildable core arrives and checks out, we refund your $400 core deposit to your original payment.
Before you ship
Shipping requirements
- Send only a rebuildable 6.0L Power Stroke oil rail core — no cracked, stripped, or welded rails.
- Drain residual oil and cap or bag the rail so it doesn’t leak in transit.
- Include a note inside the box with your name and order number so we can match your core to you.
- Pack it securely — a sturdy box with padding — to prevent shipping damage.
- Use a trackable, insured shipping method. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Ship within 30 days of receiving your remanufactured rails to qualify for your $400 core deposit refund.
