This CNC-machined kit eliminates failure-prone O-rings at the 6.0L high-pressure oil rail by using a metal-to-metal sealing geometry—no elastomers to swell, nick, or cook. Built from 316 stainless steel and precision-machined in the USA, it's designed for consistent sealing under heat, vibration, and high delta-P.

The manufacturer warrants this CNC Machined part to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal automotive use and conditions, for the lifetime of the product from the original invoice date. During the warranty period, the manufacturer agrees, at its discretion, to repair any defect in material or workmanship, or to provide a new or refurbished part of equal value in exchange, at no cost to the customer. This warranty covers only the part itself and does not include any labor costs for installation, removal, or related services. Warranty claims are subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and require proof of purchase, including the model number and original dated sales receipt. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, racing or competitive use, modification, neglect, or external causes. This Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
30-Day Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our parts. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item under the terms below:
- Within 30 days (unopened): return in new, unopened condition for a full refund of the purchase price — no restocking fee.
- After 30 days: returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and components.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- We recommend a trackable shipping method with insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
